The Element offers 8 Vehicle Service Contract Coverage levels and 1 Road Club: Exclusionary, Exclusionary Deluxe, Stated Component, Enhanced Powertrain, Powertrain Plus, Customer First, Cruise Control, The Answer and the Ultimate Saver. Depending on the Year, Make, Model and Mileage of your vehicle will determine the level of coverage that will suit you best.
EXCLUSIONARY
Vehicles up to 7 years old with up to 60,000 odometer miles
STATED COMPONENT
Vehicles up to 11 years old with up to 110,000 odometer miles
ENHANCED POWERTRAIN
Vehicles up to 13 years old with up to 175,000 odometer miles
PREMIUM
Vehicles under 150,000 miles: Exclusionary Vehicles over 150,001 miles: Enhanced Powertrain
THE EQUALIZER
Vehicles up to 11 years old with up to 135,000 odometer miles
EXCLUSIONARY DELUXE
Vehicles up to 13 years old with up to 105,000 odometer miles
POWERTRAIN PLUS

Coverages Plans
The claim waiting period is only thirty days and 1,000 miles!
Unlimited Number of Claims
With an Element plan you have an unlimited number
of claims.
Cancellable / Transferrable
The Element coverage may be cancelled at any time during the term of the Contract. The Element coverage is also transferrable to the new owner of the vehicle if you decide to sell, increasing the value and making it more enticing to a buyer.
Trip interruption
Rest assured knowing The Element coverage is available to you wherever you travel in the United States.
Choice of Deductible
You have options with The Element. Deductibles are offered at $50 or $100.
